[closed] RM - Full ETL Load

 Hi All,
What is the sequence of jobs to execute for a full data load on RM-Data Warehouse.

I tried a Requirements - full load and it failed. Due to this, all the data is missing in RRDI.

Please advise.

Thanks.

Hello Valli,

from:

Running the data collection jobs
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYMRC_5.0.2/com.ibm.rational.reporting.admin.doc/topics/t_running_the_data_collection_jobs.html

The sequence in which the jobs are run is:
  • Jazz Team Server/Common and Repository
  • Rational Team Concert/Common and Repository
  • Rational Quality Manager/Common and Repository
  • Rational Team Concert/APT and SCM
  • Rational Team Concert/Work Items and Build
  • Rational Quality Manager/Work Items
  • Rational Quality Manager/Quality Management
  • Jazz Team Server/Requirements
  • Jazz Team Server/Star

Regarding your problem, some lookup tables (links or relations between different elements) are cleaned and repopulated every time the job is executed.
If this is the data you are missing the regular delta load for all applications might be enough to fix it.

Delta Load is updating only the recent changes and all the historical data is completely missing.

I just get 10 rows in place of 100 rows of data.

 Hi Francesco,
Issue came up after i executed the Full-load of "Requirements" job under RM-Admin page. The full load failed with errors and thereafter, there is not much data in the RM-DW-Tables

Link to error related post:

The delta jobs for RRC is not fixing the issue. Please advise.

Thanks.
