LQE Skipped Indexing Resources - Project Area Doesn't Exist (Error 410 Gone)

Hello,
I have installed LQE on my environent. When indexing Rational DOORS Next Generation, it shows that 620 resources were skipped. It successfully indexes the other 17,000 resources.
The error that appears says "Error 410 Gone. rm/process/project-areas/UUID is not valid."
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

go to https://hostname:9443/lqe/web/admin/data-sources (enter your server name) and click the link to the right of the "TRS 2.0 for DNG Resources" data source. You will get to a page of the last run with much more info, e.g. the Skipped Resources with more details as to why they are skipped. If rerunning on those skipped resources does not resolve the issue you probably need to reindex or work with support on what exactly happened. - Arne Cameron McKay selected this answer as the correct answer
