Error when saving review in RM - Abnormal Response Code 412

After editing a review of an artifact in Requirements Management and trying to save it, we are getting the following error:

The review cannot be saved.

ID CRRRW7308E  The review state has changed on the server; therefore, your changes could not be saved. Please refresh the review and try again.
ReviewSaver.saveReview was called to save review 'Test Review' but received abnormal response code 412

Do you have any idea why we are unable to save the review?
