Why an artifact can not be found by any filter after be created at RDNG?

After an artifact be created, it can not be found by any filters, but it be shown at the "Recent Artifacts" list. After  one or two hours, the filters turns to work fine for the artifact.

What filters are you referring to? It could be that it takes too long a time for the index to be refreshed to include the new artifact.
