IBM RTC 6.0 DNG How to make custom links types with ClearQuest container?

 I wanted to make links same as Tracked by or the ones that are coming out of the box with the tool but can connect with ClearQuest, When you make a new link type I don't see the choice to select a container to connect ClearQuest, is there any way?
