Removing access to projects.

Sterling Ferguson-II (1.6k13288273) | asked Mar 28 '13, 4:06 p.m.
Test server: 4.0.2RC2

3 Sample JKE projects:

Test1
Test2
Test3

I go in to the LPA and delete Test1 and Test2. Test1 and 2 are removed from the LPA display. I then select the "Home" icon and see Test1, Test2 and Test3. I can go in to Test1 CCM and view the dashboard...

shouldn't these be gone?

thanks

You cannot delete a project area ... but you can "archive" it, which removes it from most GUI displays.  And as Lisa said, removing a project area from an LPA project just removes the link between the LPA project and that project area.

Deleting the Test1 project in LPA only removes the Test1 project from the lifecycle project (it is no longer linked to the other projects in the lifecycle project). To delete the Test1 project entirely, you delete the Test1 project in Application Administration - Quality Management (/qm).
