LDAP not working with Liberty Server

Hi

1) I have installed CLM 6.0.2 with liberty server and configured LDAP .

2) I stopped the liberty server and followed the steps in https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/ConfigureLDAPforLibertyProfile . The LDAP configuration was successful.

3) Restarted the liberty server to complete the JTS setup . Trying to login with the LDAP user is giving me Invalid User id or password error.

Please let me know how to resolve the error.

You just don't give enough information for others to help you. Since giving out the detailed configuration of your LDAP server can be risky, I suggest you contact Support for further investigation.

At first I had problems with the LDAP connection as well. Some of the configuration settings for some reason wasn't transfered from the form to the config files during setup.

So maybe you can identify the problem looking at the config files directly and check if everything you have configured in your setup form has been transferred to the config xmls.
