Unable to connect RQM Adapter to Rational test workbench

Hi Team,

We are planning to integrate RQM v 6.0.2 with RTW v 9.1 for automation purposes.But when we try to connect to quality adapter after entering the valid details,i get the error saying format not correct.Request your support on this regard please.I have tried with different URL links including ip address.Please refer attached for further purposes

Hi Bharath,

Please make sure, you provide the server URL upto the context root.
e.g. https://serverName:portNumber/qm

Then provide the User Id, Password, Project Area name.
Also please make sure, the user has "RQM - Quality Professional" license assigned and has "Test Team Member" role assigned for the desired project area.
