why do I need to re-type SMTP password after Jazz Server restart ?
I have setup E-mail notification in CLM 6.0.2
It was working: click on Send Test Email sent out test email, and the team receive notification emails.
Once the Jazz server is restarted, notification email no longer working. Please see attache screen shot. Notification email starts to work again once the SMTP password is retyped and saved.
Is there anyway to save the SMTP password permanently ? Thanks.

"Connection timed out: connect" has nothing to do with a password. You need to use telnet on the JTS machine to verify that you can actually connect to the SMTP server and send an email. |
