How can I re-synch DWA and RTC

Bruno Di Giandomenico (501124) | asked Sep 14 '17, 3:21 a.m.

I am using RTC 6.0.1 still, connected to DWA 9.6.0.0.

We are using CCM jointly with DOORS / DWA for Requirement Change Requests handling, and until a few days ago all was fine. Apparently
A few days ago I performed a check on the CCM server which highlighted these errors

Friend: the discovery resource at https://aamsa215:8443/dwa/public/rootservices for "CCM Friend" has different OAuth domains than the entry does.
OAuth domains from the discovery resource: [https://aamsa215.aeronautica.alenia.it:8443/dwa]
Friend OAuth domains: [https://aamsa215:8443/dwa]

Friend: there is no OAuth domain in the discovery resource at https://aamsa215:8443/dwa/public/rootservices for "CCM Friend" that is a prefix of the discovery resource URI.
This could be caused by changing the public URI setting in the application or friend.
OAuth domains from the discovery resource: [https://aamsa215.aeronautica.alenia.it:8443/dwa]

I have looked over internet and found that I should have used repotools to re-syncg the Friend, but this only worked with the first message error.
Now I still have the following message

Friend: there is no OAuth domain in the discovery resource at https://aamsa215:8443/dwa/public/rootservices for "CCM Friend" that is a prefix of the discovery resource URI.
This could be caused by changing the public URI setting in the application or friend.
OAuth domains from the discovery resource: [https://aamsa215.aeronautica.alenia.it:8443/dwa]

but I have no clue on how to solve it, as I cannot find any help over Internet. Also within this forum the search is taking very long, thus I am asking if anybody has a way forward to solve the issue.

Thanks in advance

Bruno
