RQM ExcelImporter 6.0.2: How do I create child test plans using RQM Excel Importer?

RQM ExcelImporter 6.0.2: I would like to create a parent test plan and several child test plans using the RQM Excel Importer. Each child test plan will have several test cases associated with it. How do I write the config file to do that? if not, how do I link the child test plan to a parent test plan in the config file??

I believe testplan links testplan is not supported, you can raise enhancement request using RFE Link
