Is there a way to restrict read access in RQM?

Janet Charbonneau (852754) | asked Sep 08 '16, 4:18 p.m.
My team will be running tests for products from three different companies.  They would like the companies to be able to see the tests run for their products, but not any of the other companies' products.  Is there any access control in RQM that would allow us to restrict read access so the companies can only see test data for their own products, but not everything else in the project?

Hi, Janet

QM read access control is supported at project area level hence you can not restrict read access to 3 different companies(teams), the below RFE is still open for this feature:

Currently I think the best option is to create multiple project areas and allow the member of the project area only to access to that project area.
