Enforce linking from RQM to DNG

What would be the way to enforce linking between a RQM artifact (e.g. a test case) and an DNG artifact (e.g. a use case)? Out-of-the-box this is not supported, because Requirement Links on test case can't be set as mandatory.

Unfortunately, this is not supported (see enhancement Required fields (12721)).  You can create a required category (see https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_setup_categories.html) or custom attribute (see https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_setup_attributes.html) that the test artifact owner would use to verify that the RDNG link has been added.
