cannot download JAZZ CLM 6.0.x

For the past several months I have been unable to download the Installation Manager repository for Jazz CLM 6.0.2 or 6.0.3.  Other packages, for example the 6.0.2 fix 4, download with no problem.  I have tried from my office as well as from home.  Is there another mirror or way to access it?  Our Jazz server does not have internet access preventing using the web installer.

Have you tried using a download manager? (See https://jazz.net/downloads/help.jsp for a discussion.) I've had great success with the DownThemAll! Firefox extension.

If that doesn't solve the issue you should use the "Contact" link - https://jazz.net/legal/contact.jsp - to report the issue.

Hi Alan,

I tried DownloadThemAll but couldn't get it to install on my version of Firefox.  I also tried Free Download Manager, but get the same result.
