Overdue notification
Hello, The approver approved an approval request after the overdue date. He is still receiving the overdue notification email. How to solve this problem?

Sergio, I found work item 141206 which appears to reference the issue you're talking about. It says it was fixed in 3.0.1 for RTC, but that a work around is to remove the due date from the past approval. Let me know if that helps.
After some futher digging, I also found work item 203580, which says it was fixed in 4.0. What version of RTC are you seeing this issue on? |
