why getting - specify a file name or directory name on target - while starting clm via command window.

 Hi,

We have installed CLM 602 on windows operating system (evaluation topology) and while trying to start the jazz team server by navigating to the 
C:\Program Files\IBM\JazzTeamServer\server  and server.startup.bat file using command line window it gives the below warning.

Because you have installed into the "Program Files" folder and regardless what user is logged in, that folder limits permissions (e.g. to create folders). The applications want to create folders and can't.

You either have to open the CMD "as Administrator" or do the sensible thing and uninstall and rather install into a folder such as C:\clm_6.0.2\
