RRC 4.0.6 Drag feature for uploading file(s)

Hi all,

the drag feature in RRC seems to not work properly.

After I try to drag 1 or more files into the RRC via IE or Firefox, the popup for the upload of file(s) remais blocked and the final result, after the closure of popup is the only 1 file has been uploaded.

Anyone has the same behaviour?

It works for me. There is a progress bar next to each file to be uploaded in the prompt. Do you see all the progress bars filled up?

Hi Donald,
my problem is that the progress bar is blocked at the first file, and the upload is not completed.
The orher files, when I upload more than one file, remain blocked, and the progress bars didn't go on.

In my configuration I use the IBM HTTP Server and WAS 7.

The same feature works insted properly in our Development Environment, where I've upgraded the CLM to the 5.0.2 version.

Is it always stuck at the same file? What if you change the order of the files to upload?
