What permission is required to see ReqIF tab

Hello,

As per the following documentation I should be able to use ReqIF to export and import requirements, however I cannot see the ReqIF tab.

I don't know if this functionality is available in RRC version 3.0.1.5.

I am a JazzAdmin and not sure what the following line refers to as proper permission:

Select Manage Project Properties from the Administration icon menu , and then click the ReqIF tab. Note that the ReqIF tab is visible only if you have the proper permission.
