[closed] How to Add an access to an IBM ID.
I would like to add an subscribe access or more then subscribe to sterling_Support@ecurep.ibm.com on project
https://jazzc01.hursley.ibm.com:9443/ccm/web/projects/SSFS%20On%20Premise.
Above id is controlled by Support group there is no specific credentials . what ever email communication will come to this id can be access through the problem number .
We would like to track all alerts with the ticket ID on RTC . So that automatically all alerts can be routed to PMR .
So We do not have any direct way to create this User in Jazz system . So please let us know the procedure to add this id In the system .
this very important requirement for us .
