Test cases migration from CMVC to RTC 6.0.1

We need to export our existing test cases from CMVC and import them to RTC 6.0.1.  

I see some documentation about CMVC migration at from CMVC to RTC, dated in 2010:

 Was wondering if there is anyone knows of any migration tools to do this task.
