Configuring read access (visibility) of components

I'd like to configure the read access permission of only some components of a stream, and block read access to others,

For eg:

Mark is member of Team A
Andy is member of Team B
Stream JUNIT and it's components (Component X and Component Y) are owned by Team A
I would like Andy to be able to have read access to only Component X, and not Component Y

Is this possible?
