Why do primary text changes to DNG artifact not show up in Audit tab?

 In DNG 5.0.2, if I look at the Audit tab for an artifact in Module-Context, any changes to the primary text that were made directly to the base artifact do not show up in the log.  However, primary text changes (and other artifact changes) are just as relevant to the module-context as they are to the base artifact (attributes do not have a module-context).  Not only is this behavior confusing, but it also opens up a "back-door" for changing requirements in the base artifacts so as to hide them from the audit in the module context.  This is dangerous.  Is anyone addressing this issue?  Is it on a release backlog?
