Hi Jörg,

I ran a search on the error message and it was added from the following related defects for DOORS 9.4.  The error message comes up when the response XML returned from DOORS contains characters that the XML parser does not support.  DOORS 9.5 should have the fix to encoded the unsupported characters.  You have DOORS 9.6 and the shouldn't have any problem with the requirement title.  Try look into the browser console to verify the entire response XML from DOORS to see if it is valid XML.

Cannot add a DOORS view as a requirement collection link if it contains characters such as & < > in the name (73626)
Should expose more information when there are "Not Supported" characters in requirement link url (74299)
