Can I add a button in Project Dashboard?
I want to add a button, such as "Create Query" or "Create Defect", in Project Dashboard just as the "Add Widget" button. How can I implement it?

As far as I can tell, there is no published API to do that. You either find some way, or you create a custom dashboard widget that provides you with these capabilities.
