RTC Project Details on Main dashboard

Can the Project Details on the Main Dashboard be modified and how?  I am now an Admin user, but wasn't the original Admin user that created most our dashboards.  So, trying to figure out how to roll off some of the old Releases and make the newer Releases show up or possibly take off the entire Project Details box that seems to be a default on the upper right corner of the Dashboard.

That area should show the Project Timeline and the Current Iteration, so if you update those things on the Timelines tab of the project area editor to accurately reflect your current situation, they should show up there.

Can the Project Detail box be deleted? We really don't find it useful.
