Can the same build forge project be used by different build definition?

In  RTC 3.0.1 + BF 7.1.1.2, the user currently uses separate build forge project in different build definitions.
Is it possible for the build definitions to use the same BF project?
(Properties name is the same but the value is different in various build definitions)
Will using the same BF project cause any potential risk?
Thank you very much.

One use case is that there will be parallel builds running at the same time, I guess when using the same BF project for this scenario(because the same properties will have different values for different definitions) would cause problem, is this understanding correct? how about other scenarios(builds not running concurrently), would using same BF project for different build definitions cause any potential problem? Thanks

The answer is Yes. it is controller by BF side and BF will treat it as independent instance.
