Invisible Jazz Source Control component in IBM Watson Content Analytics Studio

Dear Team,

after installing the Jazz Source Control as described in https://hub.jazz.net/docs/jazz_scm_client/#install_eclipse_and_the_rational_team_concert_plugin
in the IBM Watson Content Analytics Studio (Version 11.0) and after restarting the studio, I can't see or select 'Jazz Source Control' via 'Windows' -> 'Preferences' -> 'Team'. 
(Other components at this level are 'CVS', 'File Content', 'Ignored Resources' and 'Models', see this link: https://dtoczala.files.wordpress.com/2011/11/metronome.png, where the missing component is included.)
A lot of other team members with the same Studio version can see and select it, some also not.

Are there any hints or tricks to fix this problem?
