 i have installed CLM -4.0.3
how can i connect to the Derby database for /jts /cm /qm /rm?
can i use eclipse database connections to connect to the derby?

You are not supposed to connect to the database manually usually. The apps and JTS provide repotools, that also provide commands to verify the database.
