RTC client for Eclipse 4.4 (Luna)

Dan Nimick (2112) | asked Jun 11 '14, 8:54 a.m.
Eclipse 4.4 (Luna) is set to be released June 25, with release candidate 3 currently available.  RTC 4.0.5 (the version I have that matches the server we use) installs ok, but has at least two issues:

1) Stories can be opened but do not display any content.
2) Plans can not be opened at all, giving the error below

Will RTC 4.0.5 be updated to be compatible with Eclipse 4.4?

Thanks!

When a product version is "released", it will not get updated. Instead, a new version will be released. To the topic, it appears RTC only supports up to Eclipse 4.3.2 with the latest version 5.0.x.

Please post a link (the one above is 404) to the current status of the RTC Jazz Eclipse client. We're using Eclipse Luna 4.4.2 (June 2014).

Is there also a command line tool? Is there a Windows 7 (64-bit) client? Where is the Visual Studio plugin?

While the jazz web portal is slick (java plugin doesn't work in Chrome browser), continuous integration needs the command line tools and having the IDE plugin for java, C++, & Fortran development in one place is good too. Free tools like svn, git/jira all support these clients on mac, Windows, & Linux.

We're weaning our project from ClearCase/ClearQuest 7 and going Agile if we can get the data ported over...

The first link no longer works as it's too old. The second link still works.

Eclipse Luna 4.4.2 is officially supported with RTC 6.0. You can find the report follow the link below, and you can also find links to system requirements of older versions.
