Hi Sidharth

I searched for any possible workaround but workitem CSV Import in Web client is currently not possible.

I see there is an RFE( Internal) already been worked-on and will be implemented in future release soon.

For now, you have to continue using the RTC eclipse client for the workitem csv import.
