A problem communicating with the Jazz Team Server discovery service has prevented the home menu from loading. Your Jazz Team Server may be configured incorrectly.

Hi,

We are been working on a CLM V5.0.2 with WAS V8.5., There was an outage of servers, after that we are not able to access the CLM applications. I can able to login to WAS and able to see the applications Running fine.
But when i login to the application the error we are getting is:

"A problem communicating with the Jazz Team Server discovery service has prevented the home menu from loading. Your Jazz Team Server may be configured incorrectly."

Request your help in this.....

You should open a PMR with your application and application server log to investigate further. Please also provide your server topology and if there are any firewall or proxy server involved.
