RTCv4.0 - Upload float license keys but total number not included, client cannot access license
Renewal of float RTC licenses. When uploading the license .jar file it is correct but it does not reflect the number of float licenses although it shows 35 included but the total available reflects 0. What could be the cause of this?
Does this mean the license file was not generated correctly with the correct number content? It display within the license manager server section of the console correctly with a total of 35 2014-12-31-0-Active, but under the client access types the total column reflect "-" and not the number of licenses included. |

When adding the license, there should be a text area where the user will need to enter in the number of licenses purchased.

Issue resolved. Had to re-assign all CALs after upload of license file :-)
