Unable to save one particular Insight report

 Hi,
We have reports in Rational insight which takes data from DNG.
Somehow, we are not able to Save that report (in any form, PDF, Excel). Email report option is also not working. The report gives huge data to all users. But for one user (me), it gives No Data Available.

Other reports are working fine.

Any idea what issue with the report?

Hello Shuchita,

one possible cause of why you get "No Data Available" while for other user it returns data could be the project access control.

This works by restricting the data you can see to only the projects you can see in CLM.
Some suggestions to troubleshoot this:
- try if other reports on the same DNG projects return data
- check that you have a valid email address defined in CLM (this is the field used for the comparison)
- check that you can access the projects in DNG.
