RM Browser Addon keeps crashing

My RRC version is 4.0.6 and RM Browser Addon keeps crashing. What can I do?

What browsers and versions are you using?
What do you mean by crashing?

What are the error messages?

I have tried Firefox 17, 24 and 38. I got the following error "The RMBrowserAddon plugin has crashed. Reload the page to try again." There is also "ID CRRRW8000E" error.

I have reproduced this issue but I have not yet found a definite way to reproduce it.

Most Probable Cause:
Other addon or plugin might cause interference to RMBrowser Addon, causes RMBrowser Addon to crash

Test Probable Cause:
Disable disable all addons and plugins of the browser and see if the problem is resolved

If the problem is still not resolved, you might want to reproduce the issue and collect trace for the Addon to investigate further.
