Database user account gets locked after DCC job is run

After I manually ran a DCC jobs, "dcc" database user got locked.

In dcc.log, there are lots of following errors
com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Login failed for user 'dcc' because the account is currently locked out. The system administrator can unlock it.

I asked DBA to unlock “dcc" user but as soon as I ran a DCC job, that user got locked again.

I changed the passwords of my DB local account dcc.
I also updated its password in Data Collection Component > Configuration > Data Warehouse Connection > Data Warehouse Properties > JDBC Password.
I tested the connection and it said ”Connection tested successfully“.

What could be the issue?

The account is locked because login attempts to DB have failed multiple times.
The password of the user who runs DCC job must be updated.

After password change to the DB user who runs DCC jobs, make sure that you update password in the following:
Data Configuration Component > Configuration > Resource Group Configuration > Rational Reporting Data Warehouse Database > A Relational Database DatabSource > Password
