I have CLM 6.0 installed in a WAS 8.5.5 server running on windows server 2012 that, following a month without problems, after a harsh re start of the websphere service (ended the process with the task administrator) the DCC is showing this error:
I have CLM 6.0 installed in a WAS 8.5.5 server running on windows server 2012 that, following a month without problems, after a harsh re start of the websphere service (ended the process with the task administrator) the DCC is showing this error:
- The RM is unnaccesible.
- The dashboards are not showing because of an oddly non closed session.
- The DCC is unnaccesible also.
- Sometimes is complicated to just logon to the JTS server at https://<domain>:<port>/jts/admin
What can I do to make the app work well again.
