Hi,

I have CLM 6.0 installed in a WAS 8.5.5 server running on windows server 2012 that, following a month without problems, after a harsh re start of the websphere service (ended the process with the task administrator) the DCC is showing this error:
CRRCD9011E Storage areas have not been created. Please run set up to complete application finalization.

After20 minutes or so the application starts to behave in a strange fashion as:

The RM is unnaccesible.
The dashboards are not showing because of an oddly non closed session.
The DCC is unnaccesible also.
Sometimes is complicated to just logon to the JTS server at https://<domain>:<port>/jts/admin

What can I do to make the app work well again.
