How to debug repotools-jts -setup command?

I am running repotools-jts -setup command in headless mode.

How can I log more information when I have the issues with running repotools-jts -setup command?

Add the following line to repotools_log4j.properties file: 
log4j.logger.com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.setup=DEBUG
