If there are multiple jazz instances in the setup, is it possible access information on a project area in a jazz instance from my personal dashboard in a different jazz instance? Thanks!

The Jazz/CLM instance with your dashboard would need to have a friends relationship to the server from which you want to add widgets to your dashboard.
