restrict timestamp attribute sharing in Plan for other work item type

 I have created 3 types of work items. one is feature which have some timestamp attribute for planning and actual date. and another 2 are function & sub-function. they don't have any timestamp attribute. when i will link all these 3 types in a Plan. and want to see the timestamp attribute for feature.but it's showing for all 3 work item types. and i am also able to change these values for Function & Sub- Function.

I have not added these timestamp attribute in Function & sub- Function work item type.
why it's showing for these two.

but in the case of enumeration it's not showing the attribute values when you have not added that attribute in corresponding work item.

why it is so in timestamp ??

 i am using CLM 6.0. I am adding a Timestamp attribute in RTC plan by creating a View
