Moving RRC repo from server a to server b

What are the steps involved in moving RRC Jazz server from host A
to host B. Using tomcat for users and Oracle as Backend DB. The steps would be:
1. Shut down RRC JazzTeam server
2. repotools export ToFile="dump"
3. Copy/Modify teamserver.properties and tomcat-users.xml.
4. Run repotools -import FromFile="dump"

What about the DB2 tables for the index ? What are the steps to relocate it ?
I have not seen this in the documentation. If someone can point me to it,
it would be appreciated.
