Missing internal licenses after upgrade to CLM 5.0.0

Our Jazz PRODUCTION system is missing the following internal Client Access Licenses after an upgrade from CLM 4.0.5 to CLM 5.0.0:
CCM Data Collector, QM Data Collector, RQM Connector, RTC Build System, RTC ClearCase Synchronizer, RTC ClearQuest Synchronizer and RTC Everyone.

We need the equivalent of but for CLM 5.0.0 so we can install these internal CALs.

Does anyone know where we can get these licenses?

Are the license *.jar files installed by IM when the CLM applications are installed?  If so, where are these files located?

Or, can we get them from the unzipped file?

Hello Jeff,

You should be able to download it from the server. 

  • Try going to the following URL. 
  • Do a find for .jar file to locate the license.  You should be able to find the URL for the license. 
    The following is an example of one of the licenses (QM Data collector) that I see for QM
  • Paste the URL into a browser, and it should allow you to download the license.

Thank you Erica for the quick and accurate answer.  It worked.

This solved our problem with repotools-<app> -backupJFSIndexes.  It was requiring that we assign a purchased CAL in order to work.

With the Internal licenses installed, it no longer requires a CAL.
