RRC: Using mouse for cut and paste in Firefox

We have a user that prefers using the mouse to cut and paste, as opposed to keyboard shortcuts.  She is using Firefox.  This doesn't seem to be working.  Does anyone know if this function is supported by RRC, or if there is a browser setting to make this work?

Hi Amy,
In Firefox you can avoid the CK Editor local menu by holding the shift key down and then right clicking. This allows you access the "Firefox" copy / paste functions. The shift key is not specific to RRC but is available on any web site that reprograms the right-click mouse event.

 Hi Amy,

I'm not sure in what context your user is attempting to use the mouse feature but I can say that within the text editor which utilizes the CKEditor you can right click and use the Cut, Copy, Paste options. See screen shot below, hope this helps:
