I am trying to follow the CLM 2011 reporting workshop documentation to learn CLM reporting.  This is documented in:  https://jazz.net/library/article/675. 

The setup guide references logging into the IBM SmartCloud Dashboard at: https://www-147.ibm.com/cloud/enterprise/dashboard however this host does not appear to exist. Is there a SmartCloud Dashboard somewhere else that provides a reporting environment where I can follow the workshop documentation?

No there is not a SmartCloud environment anymore. You would need to configure your own environment or have access to a VM image with the software configured as indicated in the documentation. If you are an IBMer, you can contact me offline and perhaps I can help you find an internal environment where you can complete the workshop.
