RTC Download links for jazz.net are not working, throwing 500 Internal error.

I have already created jazz.net defect for that: https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Jazz%20Foundation#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=263071

Can you confirm it is fixed ? We restarted the download application
