 Hello All,

I have a requirement that whenever someone make changes to a work item, all users needs to be notified.

Its very difficult to add all users as subscribers everytime, Is there any solution where i can add group of users by default to subscribers list.

To be precise out of 5 team areas i would like all members of 3 team areas needs to be notified.

currently there is no support for a group of users, or even a role. only individual users.

there is a hack that does the work of adding all the individual users, http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21580771 but, it does it for EVERY workitem type (as I understand it). and it ONLY works on workitem creation, not at any other time. so, if a new user gets added, someone still has to add them manually to all workitems of concern. and I don't think anyone has measured the effects of having lots of users to be added. (>20 for example, or >100)
