RDNG artifact comment email notification failed

HI,

We have observed issue with artifact email notification in RDNG project areas since week.
We used to receive email when we add comment in artifact but now this functionality is not working.

Below is error message in rm.log:

We are facing same issue on our another RDNG instance aswell.

Could you please help us in resolution of this issue.

Hi Suyash,

Are you using version 6.0?  There is a defect in version 6.0 for email notifications for comments.
Defect 100903 Directed comments do not send out email notifications
This is resolved in the next ifix.  6.0 ifix005 is targeted to be released at the end of November.

Hi Team!

It seems this function is not working again in 6.0.1 iFix2a. It was working fine in 6.0.1 iFix1.

Can you please also verify and suggest any fix.

Email settings are good and Email IDs are correct as well in our case.
