Restore an artifact version that is in a baseline in RDNG

Hi guys,

I have a requirement artifact in RDNG that is in version 1.5 in my stream. Id' like to restore the version 1.3 to be the actual version in the stream, but the version 1.3 is in a baseline.
When I see the history of the artifact, in the version 1.3 I can see only the baseline icon as showed in the picture below



I click in the icon and I'm trying to restore this version, but the restore takes a long time and never ends.

Question1: Can I restore only the version of the artifact or this process will restore all artifacts of the baseline?
Question2: Why the long time to restore an artifact? Does anybody knows to explain?
