Loading RTC repository workspace is failing for files randomly everytime

Dear Experts,

We are using CLM RTC 5.0.2. When we load the repository workspace, it fails everytime with the error message,

Status ERROR: com.ibm.team.filesystem.client code=0 There were errors during download. It is recommended that components be reloaded. The reload will be incremental, loading only the missing items. You can further reduce the reload time by reloading just the projects out of sync. null children=[Status ERROR: com.ibm.team.filesystem.client code=0 Failed to download

The load is successful on subsequent reloads and it fails for random files on each load that we perform. The major issue is, it is breaking the build process and the builds are failing where we have no option to reload and build.
