How to change the load library(iSeries Library) of builddefinition or change iProject library mapping of a repository workspace via JAVA API?

 Dear, Currently I am working on the automation of build definition creation. I can create the build definition, but do not know how to change the load library(iSeries Library) of builddefinition or change iProject library mapping of a repository workspace via JAVA API? Can any one help? Thanks
