Hello,

This has never been an issue, until now. but we have a RTC/RQM/DNG CLM project. They want to create a new RTC instance, can RM and RQM point to the new RTC project as well? (All in one install, not distributed) So basically, can i have a CLM lifecycle project that has two RTC projects, a RM and RQM?

Are there any limitations as we have workgroup licensing?

Yes, you can have as many RTC (and RQM and DNG) project areas in a single lifecycle project as you want.   When you first create a lifecycle project, you are given the option of creating a new RTC, RQM, and/or DNG project area, or of just linking to an existing RTC, RQM, and/or DNG project area.   Then after creating the lifecycle project, you can use the Add button on the Additional Artifact Containers pane to add additional project areas from RTC, RQM, or DNG.

Hi Mahari, No, the lifecycle project template decides how many application type projects can together form a lifecycle project area.

Currently, there isn't a lifecycle template with more than 1 project area of an application type.
i.e., it is either 1,1,1 or 1,0,1 or 1,1,0.. and these combinations - none of the type 2,1,1..

However you can manually associate any number of project areas with one another. For eg: You can link 'n' number of RTC project areas with the RQM project area.

Best Regards
Sunil
